Intro to Laminated Dough with Dick Stone

Join Dick Stone to explore how to make the buttery, flaky dough that is used to make croissants, Danish pastry and puff pastry. Tasting will be included. This class will take place tonight from 7-9 in the MHS Home Ec Room.
